Why use our E-Organizer?

For individual income tax returns, we encourage our clients to use our E-Organizer tool to submit their tax return data. This handy tool is easy to use and easier to get. Simply fill in the fields above and you will receive an email from "Tax Organizer Administrator".

Within the email is a link to the E-Organizer.  After clicking the link, you will be prompted to open or save the E-Organizer file (please save to your desktop so it is easy to locate).   After opening the E-Organizer (double-click the icon) you will be prompted to enter the password.  The password will be provided in the email.  Click Continue to proceed.
The E-Organizer “home” page is displayed.  It includes instructions on how to enter your personal and tax information, including how to add new items and how to import data from online providers, if applicable.   To enter our qualified education expenses, please scroll down to the middle of the “Adjustment to Income” form.
Importing Data
If you have online accounts with certain providers (banks, brokerage firms, etc.), you can import this data using Instant Data Entry (IDE) technology.   You just click Import Data on the E-Organizer screen and follow the instructions.
Following is the current list of approved providers:
After entering the information in the E-Organizer, please click Return to Preparer. Of course, supporting documents such as W-2s and 1099s still need to be mailed or delivered to us.  After all is set, we then automatically transfer your data directly into your data file.  We have found that the E-Organizer saves our clients' valuable time and increases accuracy of the information.
